Wanted information please.
I have obtained a mid 70's centre port c&j frame for an xl350.And I was wanting to know the length of shocks and forks that would compliment this frame.
I was thinking of using marzocchi forks.But any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I believe my mid seventies C&J came with 14.5 or 14.75 eye to eye length shocks (8 inches of travel) with staight leg front forks with 8 inches of travel. Latter on I installed leading axle marzocchi forks with 9 inches of travel. Several years ago I installed 15 inch eye to eye shocks that seemed to work well with the leading axle 9 inch travel marzocchi forks.
