I cruised the AHMRA web site and found out pretty much nothing is doing in my neck of California until Oct 17. Jim Pomeroy and Brad Lackey are both active racers in the series so I will be going there to watch the heros of my youth. They probably need a division for people that have never been world champion. You know, something slow like drive by a parade stand so I could participate.
