Went to the all British show in San Jose yesterday and it was killer as usual--two of the guys I went with are brit freaky and spent a lot of money and found stuff they hadn't seen for decades--looked a bit like a convention for the elderly--I think too much time with that group might terminally depress me--the parking lot was sort of a show in itself and watching guys ride in on assorted pristine 50s and 60s bikes going TICKETY CLACKETY TICKETY and then start leaking oil the minute they stopped reminded me why I'm here and not on some Triumph or BSA forum-- Really beautiful things to see, especially the BRAND NEW Egli Vincent, made from a kit I guess because it wasn't yet painted. Never hooked up with Todd S. but us old guys left before noon. It was worth seeing but a 7 hour drive each way-- What are all the millions of little boxes and circles for? Why did the stupid log-in page decide what my avitar would be--then asked if I wanted to pick one and then refused to change it? what does input your message mean? why do they need to know what your occupation is? what does the "disable html/ubb code in my post" mean? (below)
Does the statement at the bottom mean we can't post url? to see this you'll have to be in post mode I think.......that's about it, back to my nap--)
