I've put this post here as I can't find anything on CG tuning and I'm about to own a 73 SL125! I'm based in the UK and race a CG engined Aprilia, I decided to go with the pushrod motor as opposed to the OHC as it seemed like a bit of a challenge! Does anyone have any experience/info on tuning these engines? I'm particularly looking for a larger stock Honda inlet valve I can use and have read that a GL145 may fit? I'm restricted to a 22mm carb but everything else is free. It's difficult to get tuning bits here, Powroll for eg don't appear to ship to the UK so getting tuning bits even for the OHC engines can be hard. Regards.
