Of course, if you are poor...like me...or just cheap...you could place a 2x6 under the front wheel and put two eye bolts in it and use tie-downs...
I have a couple of pieces of 6"x14" beam that I place a 2x12 on to use as a "table" when I need to work on anything but the wheels...they have places for tie-downs in the front...

I place a board on top of a 5 gal. paint bucket and place the bash plate on that...and with the front wheel on the ground the rear is up off of the ground...

If memory serves...it is held in place with an "O" ring...

I rewired mine from scatch...sans turn signals though...has worked now for the last 2k miles...
