I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that makes relatively in-expensive rear shocks for XL125's that have adjustable pre-load and dampening.  I image that Hagon could put some together for me, just wanted to hear what you guys have to say.  Also I was wondering if the anyone knows whether the xl125 front forks have more travel than those of the sl125's.  I am aware that xl's have axle offset, how do you think they would ride on an sl125 frame.  I don't know if honda made any geometry changes when they designed the xl125 frame.  Thanks guys!

The 1974 XL125 offset front forks were cutting edge at the time! The same forks were put on the 1974 CR125 Elsinore Motocross bike that year, that is how good they are.

Curiously, my 1974 XL125 Honda Shop Manual does not have a suspension travel spec. for the XL125K0 (1974) model. However, they do show the 1976 XL125 (K2?) as having 6.5 inches of travel.

I can't imagine a SL125 front forks having more travel than that!
