I was wondering if anyone has any insight into this: I was looking at the wiring diagram for the XL175 K2 (1975) in the Clymer manual and it shows two different ignition switches, one on top of the diagram, one on the bottom. The top one has 5 additional connections, the bottom has 4 as does all other models of XL175. The top also does not show any switch positions. Could this just be an extension of the bottom switch? If so, why does only the 75 have 5 additional connections? Just curious, I may have to trace all the circuits to see what is going on...

there is a red switch position and a white position. the red one is your actual ignition the white one is for acessories you wish to add
