Hello, I'm parting my '76 XL 350, if there's anything you want let me know and I'll let you know if I have it and how much it is. Also, the engine is kinda trashed, but the tranny is in good shape, so is the cylinder head. I also have an extra set of valves.

Well, you could probably put anew oil pump and bearings in it and it would be fine. In fact I'm not even sure that there's anything wrong with it really, but here's what happened.  Okay I  bought this about two months ago, and gave it an oil change. But when I took out the oil pickup filter, it was blocked by a bunch of gunk, possibly metal shavings. So I took the rocker box off and took the cam out, and the cam bearing surfaces were all worn down. so those shavings were pumped through the engine. But when I got to thinking, all the bearings are hardened steel, and the shavings for the most part were soft aluminum. So there might not be any damage at all, I would not know because I did not tear there engine down that far. But the wrist pin and crank felt good. But I did get a new cylinder head.

The side covers are in okay shape, but need repairs. The right one has all three mounting points, while the left is missing one.(the forward one)

No, it must have snapped some time in the past, it just had laver on the choke pivot cylinder.

The tank I've already sold, the exhaust is'nt in great shape. This bike was pumping out alot of oil, so it's pretty dirty, and the muffler has tiny pin-prick size holes in the bottom of the aft part. The header is in good shape though. It's just dirty.

I'd like the seat even if only the pan is usable. I am also missing the rear sprocket air box internals and cover.
Thanks

If the rear shocks will work on my 74 350 I would be interested in them.
