Hello all, I am having trouble with my 1977 XL175. It will idle great, and run at higher RPMs wonderfully, but at anything around 2000 RPM it seems like the engine misfires every other revolution. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks,

 I think I'd check the movement on the mechanical  advance........sounds like it's not returning tothe low end?? Chuck
