Hi Guys

My 79 XR500 has a new seat cover & I had the upholstery guy cut some of the foam out & replace it with a more dense foam. It did help forsure but its still way too soft & now the corners of the seat or more rounded. Looks like a worn out old leather couch.  Any advice. Can I buy foam for this bike that is more suitable to a rider not a couch.  or maybe adapt foam from another bike seat????

Any thoughts would be appreciated./

Thanks

A good upholstery person can custom make the foam for your seat. I am sure there are plenty of people who will do it wrong too. Just be careful who you choose.
